Welcome to Sunshine Mile RV Park – we’re not your typical RV destination. Do we have a pool? No. Do we have pickleball? No. Do we have mini-golf? No. We don’t even have grass. But we do have a private bathroom & shower, laundry facilities and a nice little fenced-in pet relief area. Our amenities may be limited, but we have the best prices in town and we proudly hold the distinction of being the sole RV park located less than a mile away from the university. With our prime location just across the street from Safeway, we offer unparalleled convenience and easy access to all that Tucson, AZ has to offer.

With spacious accommodations, most of our sites can accommodate RVs up to 40′ in length, providing ample room for your home on wheels.
