- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus the non-refundable transaction fee
- Cancellations made 2-29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund fee
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less: Refund forfited
Terms & Conditions
Check In / Check Out
Check in time begins at 3PM local time and you may enter the park and occupy your space at any time after 3PM on the day of check in. You must sign your Terms and Conditions either in person or online before checking in. Early check in is not permitted. We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at 3PM. Check out time is 12 PM (Noon) local time. You do not need to contact the office for check out, simply vacate your RV Site.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to change sites please first attempt to make the change online before contacting the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible.
Site Usage
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must be registered online or at the office. Only registered pets are allowed on the premises - visitors may not bring pets. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm local time. Guests are responsible for ensuring any visitors must follow all rules. Guests are responsible for any damage a visitor causes or any violations of the rules that a visitor commits. Visitors must park outside of the park on the street.
Keep your site clean and tidy at all times. At departure, the rental RV Site is to be left in clean condition. Any garbage must be removed from the RV Site and placed in the park dumpster. If any space is left in an unclean manner, Sunshine Mile RV Park Management may charge your credit card with a $125 cleaning fee.
Open Fires
Open fires are not allowed in our park.
Parking
Park only in your assigned RV space. Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. Do not park in common areas or in the road.
Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. Extra vehicles will need to be parked outside of the park on the street.
Site and Park Navigation
The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests. Please exercise caution and watch for pedestrians, children and pets while driving.
Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.
Washing & Repairing your RV
Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge. You must only use the water provided to your designated RV site, not common area water. Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb your neighbors.
Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs. Any spilled oil from your RV will be subject to a $125 site cleaning fee.
Laundry
The laundry room is open 9AM – 10PM. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. If there are problems with the machines, please call WEB Laundry at the number listed on the machines. Clotheslines are not permitted in the park.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
A trash dumpster is located at space 13. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.
Children
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Riding bicycles without a parent is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests.
Drones
Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. There are several local area parks where drones are permitted for your enjoyment.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Pet Policies
Supervision
We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times while in public areas. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe.
Do Not Leave Pets Unattended
Pets may not be left unattended inside your RV or anywhere at our park. Do not leave pets tied up outside your RV or anywhere at our park. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well-being while you are away.
Cleaning Up After Your Pet
Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always & immediately. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Pet Vaccinations
Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.
Barking
Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.
Utilities
Utility Charges
Your electric and water usage will be calculated during your stay and added to your bill upon checkout. The manager will record your starting and ending electric and water meter reads. We encourage you to do the same for your records. Utilities are billed at the current submetering rate allowed by the local utility provider.
Electrical Use
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Any electric usage over the amperage provided by your pedestal can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals.
Safety and Emergencies
Emergency Contact Information must be provided online or at the office. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others.
If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call the manager at (520) 289-4466. (No soliciting is allowed.) If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
Sunshine Mile RV Park Management reserves the right to require any person or party it deems necessary, to leave the campground based on violations of Park Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. If you do not leave the premises when ordered to do so, we reserve the right to call the local authorities to remove you from the premises.
Towing Policy
We reserve the right to have your equipment—RV, Fifth-Wheel, Motorhome, Pop-Up, Travel Trailer, Truck Camper, Van, or similar personal property—towed off of our premises at the owner's expense for any violation of our rules or policies.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Violation of park rules or policies
- Behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disturbing to others by management
- Failure to pay rent, fees, or utilities within 24 hours of due date
- Refusal to vacate the property after the end of a reservation
If any of the above circumstances occur, management will contact a local towing company. Once towed, it becomes your sole responsibility to recover your equipment from the towing company. We assume no liability for any fees, damages, or loss incurred as a result of the towing.
